in-house, including spray painting within our low bake spray booth. Advice is freely given as to what may be required and what options may be available. Cost estimates for any work requested can be provided and are free of charge. This service extends to repairs needed as a result of an accident where insurance
companies may be involved. We are very familiar with American, Asian and
European cars and feel we know how to repair them. We feel we can complete such work at least as quickly, if not quicker, than most,
while strictly adhering to the high quality standards which we will not compromise.

Our body workers have competences in the use of the manual and electric tools to rectify, sandpaper, polish, remove and replace the panels of
the body and the parts of the frame. They know the welding, the application of cement to body and in the repair of
fiberglass.

Regular painting at S2000 AUTO CENTRE is done in a down draft paint shop with with cooking system.
Our paint booth is a state of the art Nova Verta, Water Wash, DownDraft.
We employ only the finest spray guns, which are EPA approved, and with our booth and
painting procedures, we have one of the lowest Volatile Organic Compound
emission records. Our paint work is 100% harmonized with original. We
warranty this at 100%.

Metalworking is the repair of damaged, rusted or torn panels by the use of stretching
and shrinking the metal, heat and welding in new sheet metal to replace the damaged area even final
finishing without the use of fillers. We specialize in all bodywork
including the followings.

can provide preparation services ready for laying down a final finish.
- Seal the bare metal with Epoxy primer
- Build up the surface with hi-build 2 part primer, sanding between coats to

- On a full bare metal, re-spray over 100 hours of final sanding is not uncommon
in producing a final surface
- A final finish is achieved by building coats of lacquer, urethane or
base/ clear coat
- Finally the painted surfaces are block sanded with 2000 grit wet/dry paper
and polished to a lustrous wet-look finish
